The Apartments were the eighth branch of TBI to open its doors. This facility is intended to serve as a more independent living situation for individuals who have demonstrated the ability to manage their activities of daily living more independently than others.
Each of the three apartments in the building has two bedrooms, and its own living and kitchen areas. The laundry facilities are shared between the three apartments.

Basswood home was the third facility opened by TBI Residential and Community Services. Basswood is located on a city bus line and is located in close proximity to local shopping areas.

Cook Lake Home
Cook Lake home was the 21st home opened by TBI. Cook is located in Fredenberg Township in close proximity to the company's day program facility. Cook is situated on a plot of quiet county acreage. The home features an open floor plan for easy wheelchair accessibility.

East 4th Street
East 4th Street home was the seventh foster home that was opened for business. Though at times difficult to find, 4th Street is located in the very friendly and quiet Lakeside section of Duluth.

Fredenberg home was the 12th and 13th facility opened by TBI. Fredenberg is located on the same site as the day program so it benefits from being a stones throw away from the hub of activity.

Hanford home was the 20th home that TBI Residential and Community Services opened. Hanford is located near the city bus line in the Piedmont Heights area of Duluth. Hanford home features two large living areas one upstairs and one down.

Highland home is located in the west end of Duluth.Its features include a small creek running through the back of the yard and separate living areas upstairs and down. Highland home opened its doors in early 2009.

Highway home was the 23rd foster care home opened by TBI Residential and Community Services. Highway home is set back from Highway 194 in Canosia Township. The rural location affords the residents of Highway home the opportunity to relax in a quiet and calm atmosphere.

Hillside home was the fourth foster home that TBI opened. Hillside is unique in that it is one of two homes that house only two residents. Hillside is located in the Central Hillside region of Duluth within walking distance to the city bus line.

Kenroy home was the 15th home to open its doors for service. Kenroy home is specifically oriented to clients who have particularly high medical or behavioral needs.

Lavaque home was the 11th TBI foster home to open its doors. Lavaque has nine bedrooms, one of which is used for temporary crisis situations. Lavaque has a couple of unique amenities, a foosball table and a ping pong table. The residents at Lavaque are a group of active young men.

Leicester home is located in a the Woodland area of Duluth. Leicester was the 5th home that TBI Residential and Community Services opened.
The individuals that reside at Leicester are involved with North Country Ride and volunteering at the union gospel mission.
The staff at Leicester home believe that proper preparation prevents poor performance. The staff believe in shared knowledge, shared goals, and mutual respect among each other.

Munger Shaw Home
Munger Shaw home is located in Munger Township. The location of the home provides a quiet county setting. Munger Shaw was the 19th home that was opened.

Oakley home is located in the east end of Duluth. Its features include a spacious backyard and separate living areas upstairs and down. Oakley home opened its doors in early 2009.

Piedmont home was the original TBI foster home. As the name implies the home is located in the Piedmont neighborhood of Duluth.
The supervisor of the Piedmont home is Yumma Moore and the assistant is Tenika Thomas.
Quince home opened in the Winter of 2008. It is located in the Duluth Heights neighborhood on a large corner lot. Quince features two separate living and dining areas up and downstairs. The floor plan is very open and spacious.
The Quince home supervisor is Jessica Wolfgram.
Saginaw home was the sixth foster home that TBI opened. Saginaw is located off of Highway 33 in Saginaw, Minnesota. Saginaw is a ranch style home that provides easier handicap accessibility.

Samuelson home is located in Hermantown, Minnesota. Samuelson was the 14th foster care home that TBI opened for business. Samuelson opened its doors in July 2002. Sameulson features two separate living areas for the residents that live up and downstairs.

Shelby home opened its doors in the fall of 2006. It features two separate living rooms up and down stairs, as well as a large fenced backyard.

Woodrich home is located in the Kenwood area of Duluth. Its features include separate living areas upstairs and down as well as a quiet wooded backyard. Woodrich home opened its doors in early 2009.

Wren home was opened in the spring of 2008. It is located in the Duluth Heights section of the city. Wren features a handicap accessible upstairs as well as a separate living area downstairs.
